Billing questions
What counts as an AI calling minute?
Time the agent is connected and talking with a lead or leaving a voicemail, billed per second and rounded to the nearest second. Ringing, busy signals and unanswered dials are not billed.
What happens to unused minutes?
Included minutes reset each billing cycle. On yearly plans, included minutes are pooled across the year.
Do live hand-offs to reps use minutes?
Only the part of the call handled by the AI. Once patched to a rep, standard telephony rates apply to the rep's leg of the call.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
