Dial 4 Call Rules

Calls your customers are glad to get.

Fast calling only works if it's welcome. These rules apply to every account, every number and every call, and they are enforced by the system rather than left to a checklist.

Engraved on every account

The eight call rules

  1. Says it's an AI.The agent says it is an AI at the start of every call.
  2. Only consented leads. It calls only leads who shared their number with your business and agreed to be contacted.
  3. Do-not-call checked.Numbers are checked against the national do-not-call registry and your own opt-out list before every call.
  4. Permitted hours only.Calls happen only within permitted hours, in the lead's local time.
  5. Recording with consent.Recording happens only with consent.
  6. "Don't call me" is final. It is honored immediately and permanently.
  7. A person on request.Asking for a person connects to a human, with no second ask.
  8. No pressure. No false urgency, no misleading claims.
Before each call Checks that run

Every number passes four gates before it rings.

Consent on file

The lead record must show where the number came from and that the person agreed to be contacted.

Registry check

Checked against the national do-not-call registry, refreshed on schedule.

Your opt-out list

Anyone who asked you, on any channel, never to call again is skipped.

Clock check

Only inside permitted hours in the lead's time zone. Otherwise queued for the next window.

Settings What you control

Tighter rules are always allowed.

You can narrow calling windows, lower retry limits or switch recording off entirely. You cannot switch off AI disclosure, consent checks or opt-out handling.
